Changes and Cancellations
Once orders areplaced via the Cuppa and Co website they are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order and before it is shipped please contact our Cuppa and Co Customer Service team, via email as soon as possible.
Please note that we may not be able to refund your order should you wish to cancel or change it, however a store credit may be offered for future use.
Damaged of faulty goods
If you purchase and receive a tea that is damaged or faulty in any way please contact us as soon as possible via the ‘Returns’ or ‘Contact us’ section, with information regarding the damage or fault to your tea and we will act accordingly.
Availability of goods
At the time of placing your order, all items of Cuppa and Co teas are in stock. Items marked as ‘pre-order’ are excepted. Very occasionally one or more of your items may become unavailable. In this instance, you will be refunded for the item(s) and any remaining items will be shipped to you.
Every now and then Cuppa and Co will offer special promotions to our customers. This can include, free shipping, discounts on selected products, free gift with purchase, or other promotional activity associated with a product purchase. These offers will only be available during the selected dates provided.
Whilst we do our utmost to ensure your Cuppa and Co tea order is dispatched and delivered as soon as possible, on rare occasions, orders can take longer than the suggested time frame. Where possible, should we be unable to dispatch an item within the designated time frame, we shall contact the buyer via email used to place the order. In rare cases, items sent can take up to 15 working days to be delivered.
All Cuppa and Co customer & wholesale orders are shipped out from Melbourne. You can expect us to ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Please allow longer during peak times and sales.
You will receive an email from us when we ship your order.
Please note that quoted shipping time frames are not guaranteed .We do not guarantee delivery times. Items that are marked as ‘pre-order’ will be shipped when stock is received into our office. Orders containing pre-order items will be delivered in one shipment when the pre-order item is available.
After ordering online, you will then receive an email confirmation containing your order details. We will confirm with a receipt of your order and the goods will be posted the following business day.

Please Note: We do not provide refunds or exchanges for mistaken purchases and change of mind, so please choose your tea carefully. We only accept refunds if there is a clear problem with the product e.g. opened or damaged packaging.
